Description
The Pomona is named for the goddess of orchards, and it wears like a garden in motion. Each dress carries a Rajasthani hand block print, pressed onto breathable cotton by artisans whose craft goes back generations - no two pieces ever print exactly alike.
Cut as a sleeveless halter maxi with a leg-high front slit and criss-cross tie straps at the back, it moves with you from a morning market run to an evening by the sea. The cotton breathes through Indian summers, and the free-size cut flatters without clinging.
Style it with Kolhapuri flats and silver jhumkas for daytime, or add heels and stacked bangles when the sun goes down. Wear it loose and untamed - the print does the talking.
Fit note: One Size - Bust 71.1-91.4 cm (28-36 in), Waist 86.4 cm, Hip 111.8 cm, Length 139.7 cm (55 in). Slight variations are part of the handmade process. Available in Brown, Natural and Black.

Yes - we ship pan-India with tracked delivery, and Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes. Dispatch is usually within 24-48 hours, and easy returns are accepted within our 7-day return window.
Is cotton a good fabric for a maxi dress?
Cotton is one of the best fabrics for a maxi dress in Indian weather - it is breathable, absorbs sweat, and stays light on the skin through long days. Hand block printed cotton adds artisan craft that machine prints cannot match.
Care & Craft
Hand block printed cotton cares best with a little ritual: wash separately in cold water with a mild detergent for the first 2-3 washes - this sets the natural dyes and keeps excess colour from transferring. Do not bleach, soak for long hours, or wring. Dry in shade, inside out, to protect the print. Iron on medium heat on the reverse side. Slight colour variation between pieces is the signature of hand block printing, not a defect.
Handmade by artisans in Jaipur, India. Small variations in colour, print and finish are part of each piece's character, not defects.
