Aakar Shirt – Hand Block Print Cotton Shirt for Men

Gentle hand wash separately in cold water. Natural hand block dyes may release a little colour in the first rinse; this is normal for authentic non-synthetic dyes. Do not bleach. Dry in shade away from direct sunlight. Warm iron on the reverse if needed.

Stamped by hand in Rajasthan, the Aakar Shirt begins as breathable cotton in a natural off-white, then takes on chains of diamonds, sun medallions and folk motifs in warm rust brown.

Worried a hand printed shirt will fit awkwardly or fade fast? The weave is soft with a faint slub texture, the print sits flat in the cloth rather than on top of it, and the relaxed cut skims the body without billowing. Because every shirt is stamped by hand, the motifs land a little differently each time.

The name. Aakar is the shape a thing takes when a maker's hand gives it one. Each shirt keeps the small misalignments of that process, and that is the point.

Style it. With a white mundu or dhoti for festivals and temple days, or open over a plain tee with relaxed trousers for everyday wear.

Free shipping applies to all prepaid orders over Rs. 2999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 50 applies. To ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible, we ship all packages via air.

For orders within India, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-4 days, with expected delivery in about a week. International orders are shipped via air and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
