1. About Crystal Heal
Crystal Heal is a slow-fashion brand offering clothing, accessories and lifestyle products inspired by traditional Indian craftsmanship, natural fabrics, hand block printing and bohemian culture.
Our products may be handcrafted, hand block printed, naturally dyed, stone washed or produced using artisanal techniques. Because of these processes, slight variations may occur from one product to another.

3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, fabrics and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight differences may occur because of:
- Screen and device settings
- Natural fabric characteristics
- Hand block printing
- Handmade production
- Washing and finishing processes
- Variations between individual batches
Such minor variations are inherent to handcrafted and artisanal products and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
Product photographs may also include styling elements, accessories or props that are not included with the purchase unless specifically mentioned in the product description.

4. Hand Block Printing & Handmade Variations
Many Crystal Heal products feature hand block printing and artisanal production.
Due to the nature of hand printing, you may notice:
- Slight variations in print placement
- Minor differences in colour intensity
- Small irregularities in motifs
- Slight overlaps or gaps in printing
- Minor variations in fabric texture
- Small differences between products made from the same design
These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of the product and contribute to its individual character.
We do not consider minor handcrafted variations to be manufacturing defects.
However, if you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect product, please contact us within the period specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Colours & Product Images
We make every reasonable effort to photograph products accurately.
However, the actual colour of a product may appear slightly different depending on your screen, monitor, mobile device, lighting conditions and other technical factors.
A minor difference in colour representation on different devices will not necessarily be considered a product defect.

6. Size & Measurements
Measurements provided on our website are intended as product measurements and may have minor variations due to manufacturing and fabric characteristics.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting Crystal Heal before purchasing.
Crystal Heal does not accept responsibility for a size-selection issue where the correct product and size ordered have been supplied, subject to the rights available to consumers under applicable law and our Return & Exchange Policy.
