Is this a real shark tooth, and what is the necklace made of?
No real shark tooth is used here. The tooth-shaped pendant and its chain are cast in solid brass with an antique-gold finish that settles in and deepens gently with wear over time. Brass is naturally hypoallergenic, so it suits everyday wear and sensitive skin alike, with no sharks involved at any point.
Do you offer cash on delivery, and what is the shipping and returns policy?
Cash on delivery is available on domestic orders. Prepaid orders above Rs. 2,999 ship free across India, below that a flat Rs. 50 applies. Dispatch takes 2 to 4 days and delivery about a week. Jewellery is non-returnable, so write to support@crystalhealshop.com if anything arrives damaged.
How long is the chain, and how should I wear the pendant?
The chain sits at a comfortable collarbone length, with the tooth pendant settling just below the hollow of the throat. Wear it alone over a plain neckline, or layer it with shorter chains and stacked rings for a bolder, tribal-inspired look that pairs naturally with CrystalHeal's block-print and handloom pieces.
