Domestic Shipping Policy: For domestic orders, we partner with Delhivery, BlueDart, and Shiprocket, utilizing air shipping to ensure the fastest delivery possible. This allows us to maintain our commitment to prompt and efficient service.

Your order will have an expected delivery of about a week from the date of shipment.

In instances where the above-mentioned courier partners are not reachable, we engage alternative services to guarantee delivery to even the most remote locations.

International Shipping Policy: For international orders, we rely on the trusted services of DHL, Aramex, and FedEx to ensure a swift and reliable delivery experience. These carriers are selected for their efficiency, tracking capabilities, and commitment to timely deliveries.

Your international order will have an expected delivery of within 2 weeks (14 business days) from the date of shipment.

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In cases of high order volume, shipments may experience a slight delay. We appreciate your understanding, and if there is a significant delay, we will promptly contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Domestic (India): Free shipping applies to all prepaid orders over Rs. 2999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 50 applies.

  • International: Shipping rates are calculated according to the weight of your order and the destination country, and will be displayed during the checkout process.

Custom Duties: Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be applicable to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Customs regulations and import restrictions may vary by country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with your local customs regulations. We are not liable for any items seized or delayed by customs.
