At Crystal Heal, we take pride in offering bespoke products crafted exclusively for each unique individual. To uphold the highest quality standards and minimize carbon footprints, we refrain from mass production. Every package leaving our facility is meticulously packed and shipped with utmost care.

Color Accuracy: Please note that while we do not alter the colors in our product images, the accuracy of product colors may be affected by your device's settings. We recommend checking your device's color and display settings before placing an order.

Pro-tip: Refer to the size guide provided with each product for precise specifications, ensuring a perfect fit. Please note that the size guide may vary for each product.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may lead to order cancellations. You can cancel your order at any time by covering the delivery charges. The refund, issued as an e-voucher to your registered email ID, will be the product cost minus the delivery cost.

Return for Damaged Items: If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly. For damaged items during shipping, a video proof of unpacking and unboxing is required before initiating a return.

Return Policy: We offer refunds and returns if the return request is raised within 10 days from the order receipt date. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Go to your account and click on "Orders."
2. Find the order containing the product to return.
3. Click the "Return" button next to the product.
4. Select the reason for your return.
5. Click "Submit."

Upon approval, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Please ensure the item is unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packing. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

BOGO Offer Return and Cancellation Policy:

Since BOGO items are offered as a pair, cancellation or return requests will apply to both items in the offer. No partial cancellations or returns will be accepted.

Customers can create a return request or order cancellation through their account page from our website.

Customers are eligible for a refund of 50% of the effective amount paid for the cancelled product(s). The effective amount considers any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

A fixed deduction of 250 rupees per order will be applied to cover shipping and handling costs. This deduction is applied once per order, regardless of the number of items in the order.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that items from our jewelry collection are non-returnable.

The refunded amount will be issued as an e-voucher from Crystal Heal, redeemable on your next purchase.
