A one-of-a-kind pair of utility shorts created from 400 GSM V-Twill, reimagined through a sustainable design process by Anna Raphy.

The collection takes inspiration from “Achada” — the fabric traditionally placed underneath the main fabric spread during the hand block printing process. Instead of allowing this supporting fabric to become waste, Anna transformed these leftover textile layers into a statement patchwork design.

The result is a pair of structured, relaxed-fit shorts featuring multiple layered patch pockets, each carrying its own variation of colour, texture and character. Every patch reflects the imperfect beauty of a handmade process, making this piece genuinely individual.

Designed for those who appreciate slow fashion, textile stories and garments with a past, these shorts are as much a piece of craft as they are everyday clothing.

The Story Behind Achada

Achada is the fabric placed beneath the primary fabric during the block-printing process to protect the printing surface. Over time, these layers naturally collect traces of colour, dye and the marks of the craft process.

Rather than treating this material as waste, this collection gives it a second life — turning what would normally remain hidden beneath the printing table into the visible story of the garment.

Free shipping applies to all prepaid orders over Rs. 2999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 50 applies. To ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible, we ship all packages via air.

For orders within India, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-4 days, with expected delivery in about a week. International orders are shipped via air and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
