Description
Wear it. Fold it. Carry it. One piece, two forms.
Designed by Anna Raphy, the Achada Transform Jacket is a one-of-a-kind piece created around the idea of utility, sustainability and adaptability.
Made from a sturdy 400 GSM V-Twill base, the jacket incorporates reclaimed Achada fabric, the cloth traditionally placed underneath the main fabric during hand block printing. Over time, the Achada collects traces of dyes, colours and printing marks, creating naturally irregular textures.
Instead of allowing this material to become waste, Anna Raphy transforms it into bold patchwork panels, giving every section of the jacket its own character.
But the design doesn't stop at the jacket.
A Jacket That Becomes a Bag
When you don't need to wear the jacket, it can be folded and converted into its integrated carry-bag form. Simply fold the jacket into itself and carry it as a compact bag, making it easy to take along when travelling, at festivals or throughout the day.
It is designed to give you two ways to use one garment — wear it as a statement outer layer or fold it away and carry it with you.

The Achada Story
During traditional hand block printing, Achada is placed underneath the primary fabric to absorb excess colour and protect the printing surface. With repeated use, it becomes covered with traces of the printing process.
For Anna Raphy, these marks aren't imperfections — they are evidence of the craft.
This collection gives that usually unseen fabric a second life, transforming printing remnants into distinctive garments.
A jacket born from what was once considered leftover fabric.
A garment that transforms when you need it to.
One piece. Two forms. One of one.
