Read the Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order. 

We believe each of you is unique, and we only sell bespoke products specially designed and crafted for you. To reduce the carbon footprints and to maintain exclusivity, we do not mass produce any of our products to maintain the highest quality standards. Each and every package that leaves our facility is packed and shipped with utmost care. 

We do not edit the colours in our product pictures. However, the colour settings on your device may not portray the accurate colour of the product. Therefore, we recommend you check your device’s colour and display settings before placing your order. 

Pro-tip - Check the size guide provided with each product to know the exact specifications for that particular product to avoid size variations. Size guide is different for each product and it will help you choose your perfect fit. 


Return for Damaged Items

We are sorry that you received a wrong, defective or damaged item. We advise you to inform us  within 48hrs of the delivery of the product, if the items you received are wrong, defective, or damaged. We are here to help. We will evaluate the situation and provide you with a solution. 

Our team takes utmost care to deliver the package to your doorstep with all items in their original condition. However, if your package met with an unfortunate accident during shipping and your product is damaged, we offer you a return. 

The damaged item will not be returned without a video proof of unpacking and unboxing the product showing damaged goods. 

We do not accept returns on items purchased during sale or clubbed with an offer. 

We do not accept returns for purchase made through an e-voucher. 

Return Policy

We offer refunds and returns if the return request is raised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Submit A Return Request

Initiate the return process by either clicking on the profile icon within the store's navigation 

1. Sign in to your account:

     1.1 Input your email address in the Email field and proceed by clicking                         Continue.
     1.2. Access your email account, locate and copy the six-digit verification code              provided in the email sent by our store.
     1.3. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Choose the specific order for which you wish to initiate the return.

3. If your order contains multiple items, indicate the ones you intend to return.

4. Select a reason for the return and include any additional notes you wish to communicate to the store.

5. Confirm your request by clicking on the Request Return button.

Once your return request is approved, and if shipping is required, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions along with a return shipping label. After the product is successfully returned, The amount will be refunded as an e-voucher from Crystal Heal, which you can redeem while making your next purchase. 

 Here are the eligibility criteria for returns:

  • The buyer must return the item in an unworn or unused state with tags intact and with its original packing.
  • The buyer must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  •  Any items sent back without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
